From BOLOGNA-FLORENCE:
When you arrive in "FIRENZE" leave the speedway at "FIRENZE-CERTOSA" and follow the connecting speedway towards SIENA. Then exit in "POGGIBONSI-NORD" and follow the indications to SAN GIMIGNANO. Stay on the main street through SAN GIMIGNANO until you leave the village behind you. Then follow the indications to "GAMBASSI", while you turn left at the crossing.
After some kilometres you will find the indications for "VOLTERRA" (left). Ignore this indication and follow the direction for "CASTELFIORENTINO / CASTAGNO" (right).
After other 3 kilometres you arrive at a big bend, where you have to turn left, towards "VOLTERRA / VILLAMAGNA". After some 400-500 metres you find - on your left hand side, a crossing with indications to "MOMMIALLA".
Please note: When you come from "SIENA" you can't see the indication "MOMMIALLA". You can only see it, as soon as you turn left on the unsealed road, because it is only readable coming from the opposite side.
Stay on this unsealed road for about 3,5 kilometres, you will cross two little bridges, when the street becomes a little bit steeper. Continue for about 4 kilometres until you arrive at a little crossing, where you can see our Agriturismo down on your right hand side, which you can reach by a small private road.

From GENOVA-LA SPEZIA:
Exit at PISA AEROPORTO (Airport) and follow the "S.G.C." - Speedway in direction to "FIRENZE". Then exit in "PONTEDERA / PONSACCO" and follow the indications for "CAPANNOLI" and "VOLTERRA". After some kilometres you drive through a village called "LA STERZA". Follow the main street always in direction for VOLTERRA, turning left on the next main crossing. About 10 kilometres before VOLTERRA you will find on your left hand side a gas station and a restaurant, called "MOLINO D'ERA". You can see the indication for VOLTERRA on your right hand side. Ignore this and stay on the main street (left). Cross a big bridge and after this bridge turn right ("COLLE VAL D'ELSA" and continue for about 2 kilometres. The main street continues in a bend turning right. You have to go straight, leaving the main street, following the direction for "COZZANO". After some kilometres the sealed road becomes unsealed. Stay on this road for another 3 kilometres until you will see our Agriturismo on your left hand side, which you can reach by a small private road.

From ROME-SIENA:
Exit in "VAL DI CHIANA" and drive in direction for "SIENA". In SIENA follow the indications to "FIRENZE" and you arrive on the speedway SI-FI. Exit in "COLLE VAL D'ELSA" and follow the indications to VOLTERRA. Stay on the main street. You will pass a crossing with indications to "MAZZOLLA" on you left hand side. Continue for about 2 kilometres on the main street, after passing the crossing MAZZOLLA and you will find another crossing on your right, where you have to follow the indications to "PONTEDERA / PISA" (right).
After about 4 kilometres, when you arrive in the plain, you arrive at another crossing with - on your left the indications for VOLTERRA and on your right to "COZZANO / SENSANO". Follow the indications for "COZZANO /SENSANO" (right), pass a little bridge, turn left over a second little bridge, always in direction for AGRITURISMO CASALBOSCO. After some kilometres the sealed road becomes unsealed. Follow this street going up on a hill. After about 4 kilometres you can find our Agriturismo on you left, which you can reach by a small private road.

In a complete familiar atmosphere you can taste a lot of different specialities from our region, like for exemple "Zuppa Volterrana" (Volterranean Soup).
Other delicious plates are our tipical recipes with boar, pheasant and other wild animals living in the wood around our Agriturismo.
All is served with a finest Chianti from our region and prepared with our extra virgin olive oil.

On request it is also possible to book half board (breakfast and dinner).

We can also organize dinners for groups.

Our Olive Oil:
Driving down on the small private road, that leads to our Agriturismo, you can see on you left about 700 olive trees. Every year we get our real extra virgin Olive Oil from this trees.
The olive oil is the result of the cold pressing and you can taste the particular and delicious fragrance with an acidity of below zero.

Situated on the top of a hill, in a very quiet position you can observe one of the most beautiful city of arts in Italy: Volterra, which conserves all the magic of an old etrusc city.

In the old farmstead of end of 1800, recently restored, there are four appartments for our guests: "Federico" (8 places + 2), "Roberto" (4 places +2), "Granaio" (6 places +2) and "Cipresso" (4 places).

The whole farmstead lies on a surface of 155 hectares in between of olivetrees, grainfields and wood.

Very appreciated are our products we cultivate and produce on our farm: oliveoil, fruits and vegetables that we cultivate with traditional and natural methods which the genuine agriculture demands.

We have also a big pool (12x6x1.40), surrounded with a meadow, where you can relax and enjoy the silence and the panoramic view of Volterra and the green hills around the place.

You will also find all the service, which makes your stay as comfortable and relaxing as you desire and from your arrive on you are welcomed by the owners, who are there for you whenever you desire.
